Intel Corp. has leveraged its 90-nanometer process technology to roll out what one analyst called the first integrated control and data plane processor. Intel's IXP23XX, aimed at a broad middle tier of communications access systems, is also the first network processor priced below $100 for this sector.

The Board of Directors of Prestigio International, Inc. has appointed a new General Manager to head the company’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The newly appointed General Manager Mr. Jozef Cerovský will be based in Prestigio’s Representative Office in Prague, and is expected to spearhead the company’s rapid expansion across the growing markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
