ASBIS honoured at the ‘RME Partner Excellence Awards 2014’

ASBIS Middle East, a subsidiary of the ASBISC Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB), has received two awards at the Reseller Middle East Partner Conference & Partner Excellence Awards held in Jumeirah Emirates Tower in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), on June 11, 2014.

Prestigio won the “Mobility Vendor of the Year 2014” nomination while Mr Hesham Tantawi, ASBIS Vice-president for MEA region, was honoured the personal “Outstanding Executive of the Year” accolade.

Mr Hesham Tantawi, ASBIS Vice-president for MEA region, among the other heroes of the ‘RME Partner Excellence Awards 2014’ received the “Outstanding Executive of the Year” accolade for his achievements and support of the regional ICT industry in the last decade.

During the Reseller Middle East Conference the industry pundits have discussed the latest market trends and given the insights on business strategies. The Middle East channel continues to thrive and triumph even in the face of volatile market, shrinking margins and increasing competition.

The session was followed by the gala dinner ceremony paid tribute to those who have excelled in the last year. Reseller Middle East Partner Conference and Partner Excellence Awards, in its fifth edition, aimed to recognize and honour that endeavor from the channel partners and turned the spotlight on the best and brightest of the industry.
