ASBIS gains exclusive SONQUI GPS trackers franchise

February 25, 2016, Limassol (Cyprus) – ASBISC Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB), an expert in the distribution of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions in EMEA emerging markets, supplies its channel partners across all countries of ASBIS presence with SONQUI GPS trackers on an exclusive basis.

ASBIS signed an exclusive SONQUI agreement with Consumer Electronics S.p.A. in December 2015. Since then, several deliveries of Sonqui GPS trackers to ASBIS partners have already been made.

“This product has a good potential to increase telecommunication carriers’ ARPU. We expect growing demand for this product category in the coming years”, said Artem Albul, Business Development Manager at ASBIS.

SONQUI is a tracker, which allows you to locate your friends, family and your belongings, just using your smartphone application. Thanks to GPS+LBS technology, you can access to your SONQUI's real time location data and review the previous day’s data.

SONQUI features a SOS function. All the connected users will get an alarm or a voice message if you press the SOS button on your device.

Multi user SONQUI locations are visible to up to 5 users at one time (through the smartphone's app), so that many people can track and receive the same device information.

Through the smartphone APP, you can set up a virtual fence, so that if the device is located beyond that area, it will send an alarm to all the connected users

Safe and ecological, using a rechargeable lithium polymer battery, SONQUI can last up to 3 days in standby mode. SONQUI can be recharged in few minutes, using the USB cable, which is included.
